Step 4: Reorder When You’re Ready

Need more? You’ll get a reminder when it’s time to refill. You can easily reorder or request adjustments as your needs evolve.

Our consults are simple and relaxed. You’ll chat with a qualified Chinese Medicine doctor about your health, lifestyle, and goals. We’ll ask some questions, listen carefully, and then explain how we plan to support your body using traditional herbal formulas, diet, and lifestyle advise. The session takes 15 minutes and happens entirely online.

Once your order/formula is prepared, it’s typically sent out within 1–3 business days. Shipping times within Australia vary between 2–6 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way with a tracking number.

Shortly after you receive your herbs, we’ll send you a quick email check-in, or come back to our website anytime. If you’re ready for more, you’ll fill out a simple form letting us know if anything has changed with your condition.

Jacinta is a qualified practitioner of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture with over 20 years of experience in natural health. Her vision blends ancient wisdom with accessible care, offering personalised herbal formulas that support real people in their everyday lives. Every step of the process is guided by the same care, experience, and integrity that defines her work.

Archer is a student of Traditional Chinese Medicine and brings a fresh, grounded perspective to JingWell — blending creativity, clarity, and a deep respect for the medicine. He manages the business side of JingWell and is passionate about making natural healing approachable for a new generation.
